Successful premiere – world seeks the driveline of tomorrow. Engine manufacturer DEUTZ helps its customers to hybridize or fully electrify their machines. The company celebrates a premiere and, for the first time, invites guests to a DEUTZ Media Day with live prototype presentations and expert talks.
Clearly, DEUTZ wanted a large number of top-flight journalists from at home and abroad to take part as well as widespread, high-quality media coverage. However, there was a lot of stiff competition: Important trade fairs and sector events were taking place on the same day and addressing the same target group. But the date was set in stone.
What they needed was a professional with excellent networking skills to persuade the press. Challenge accepted –about:communication (a:c) used its good international media contacts and its talent in placing topics and stories to secure the attendance of a large number of journalists from the business, specialist and local media in Germany and abroad. Indeed, it even managed to exceed the client’s expectations.
By the end of the day, Deutz had made a lasting impression on its guests at the premiere as an excellent host, fascinating company and expert commentator.
