About the case

Following the rapid growth in recent years experienced by our client QSIT, a specialist in IT quality assurance from Ingolstadt (Bavaria), the time had come to revamp its corporate design and web presence. Our client wanted it to be more modern and contemporary, with a fresh look. It should also convey the major expansion of the company’s technical and human resources. By the end of the program, about:communication had completely relaunched QSIT’s internal and external communication, developed an image campaign and implemented workshops for the management team. All employees were informed in-depth about the new corporate identity via online sessions and seminars. Being part of that process was not merely permitted, it was explicitly encouraged. Thus, the ideas and wishes of the team also flowed into the communication measures.

The first step was to undertake a detailed examination of the corporate design, and to develop a new, more suitable color palette as well as a more modern design language. Logo, business stationery and presentation templates were updated accordingly. And, of course, the website, too (www.q-sit.de). For the latter, we handled not only the conception, design and layout, but also the imagery design, the production of all copy in German and English as well as SEO optimization.

Furthermore, under the heading “quality tested by QSIT”, we developed a mini-campaign using a stamp as the core visual to illustrate that QSIT not only tests quality but also works to exceptionally high quality standards. The visual has since been rolled out through a wide range of QSIT’s communication measures. Because QSIT takes a holistic approach to communication, we also worked with our client to further develop the professionalism of the internal training concept, and offer training on a range of topics.
